What is this place? It's a portal between two distinct worlds with one Origin, a place between 1930's nonsense and a fantasist golden age of piracy.
To access the first world, go to the Cel City Central and take the first train. Watch out for falling pianos and anvils, and be sure to have comically large ustensils at the ready, you'll need them!
As for the second world, hop on a ship straight to Port Galecoast. You might get attacked by a sea serpent on the way, but don't worry about the pirates: they'll consider you one of them, provided you're not a Royal.
